Harriet…..
Helen is the consummate professional with a very clear idea of the content and feel that she wished for her website. My role was simply to tinker and refine a little and create a polished, understated website, clearly setting out her approach. The service provided is entirely personal so the site serves effectively as a landing page, reference page for clients to see before a personal consultation. The brief was for a clean cut, understated, timeless look. Professional and respectful but friendly at the same time.
As with all websites, there are changes afoot planned for the future and a blog is queued and ready to appear in due course. Squarespace provides a stable, simple and easy to use platform for Helen to use that she can depend on as she focuses on her clients.
Helen is fully in control of the website now, though I’m always here if she needs me for support, or simply if she’s too short of time to make any additions or changes she wants.

“In the midst of Summer 2020 as the world was gripped by the Coronavirus pandemic, which had a profound effect on my wedding planning business, I approached Harriet with an idea. Despite having trained as an Independent Celebrant many years ago, I had actually done very little to market my services. Prospective clients found me through referrals and because the majority of my business came from word-of-mouth recommendations, I hadn’t had to invest a great deal of time or money into advertising.

Although I had quite a clear vision of the overall look and feel of the site in mind and an understanding of what would resonate with my target market, I needed support in bringing all of these ideas together as succinctly as possible.
