Definitions
“We”, “Us” or “Harriet Head”
“You” refers to the individual, the client, who has confirmed the requested Services from “Harriet Head” and has completed the appropriate payment in accordance with these Business Terms and Conditions
“Services” means the specific consultation services, courses or websites set out through the “Harriet Head” website that have been paid for by you and which will be provided by “Harriet Head”
“Order” means the confirmation in writing, via email or submission of an order through the “Harriet Head” website which sets out the agreed Services to be paid for by You and provided by “Harriet Head”
“Agreement” shall mean these Business Terms and Conditions
Services
Upon payment of the appropriate fees “Harriet Head” agrees to provide the Services as set out in the Order.
Upon receipt of your Order and payment of the appropriate fees We will contact You as soon as reasonable practicable to arrange a time to discuss your Order further , or request additional information in order to commence the provision of the Services (consultations will already be prearranged on booking & course access is instant).
“Harriet Head” will continue to work with You within all reasonable circumstances until You are happy with the result, following which You will be provided with the relevant product.
Payment
Prices are set out on the “Harriet Head” website. Where work is of a more bespoke nature the price will be confirmed via emailed proposal, prior to the order being confirmed via the individual proposal completion & contract. All payments are required to be paid by You and received in full by “Harriet Head” prior to consultation services or training courses. For bespoke options an agreed deposit must be paid before commencing any formal work in relation to Your Order, and the remaining balance paid in agreed installments and completed prior to handover, Go LIVE.
Course payments may be made Online via Stripe through the Membervault teaching platform (linked within Website).
Consultation service payments may be made Online via Stripe via Dubsado (linked within Website).
Bespoke services payments will be invoiced via Stripe via Dubsado portal or can be settled via bank transfer.
We don’t store credit card details nor do We share Your details with any third parties. Further details relating to Online payments are available upon request. By Bank Transfer – upon request, We can provide you with the relevant bank details in order to complete payment by bank transfer. Please note that any provision of Services will not commence until confirmation that this payment has been received into the nominated bank account.
Your Responsibilities
You undertake and agree to be bound by and comply with the terms as set out in these Business Terms and Conditions.
We require that You provide us with information in which is complete and accurate and that You must ensure that You have all the appropriate permissions to pass such information.
Respond to any correspondence as promptly as possible. You acknowledge that We are dependent upon You to respond to requests or provide required information in order to complete the provision of the Services for You.
To confirm acceptance of the final Work Products no later than 48 hours following final submission by “Harriet Head” to You. If no confirmation is received within 48 hours the Work Product will be deemed accepted by You.
Liability
The information and documentation contained on this website has been produced by “Harriet Head” and is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, “Harriet Head” hereby expressly exclude:

Any condition, warranty, representation or term concerning the performance of the Services which might otherwise be implied into or incorporated in this Agreement or any collateral contract, whether by statute, common law or otherwise

Liability for any loss of actual or anticipated loss of business, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of sales, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss of expended management time, loss of anticipated savings or any indirect or consequential losses or damage of any kind, in each case howsoever arising, whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or in the contemplation of the parties and whether arising in or for breach of contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, indemnity or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
“Harriet Head”s maximum aggregate liability to You under or in connection with this Agreement or any collateral contract, whether arising from negligence, breach of contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, indemnity or otherwise shall not in aggregate exceed the charges paid to “Harriet Head” for the Services.
This Agreement sets forth the full extent of “Harriet Head”s obligations and liabilities arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or any collateral contract, and there are no conditions, warranties, representations or terms, express or implied, that are binding on Us except as specifically stated or contemplated in this Agreement.
For the avoidance of doubt this does not affect Your statutory rights as a consumer.
Complaints
In the event that You have a complaint relating to the services provided by Us to You please notify “Harriet Head” via email at hello@harriethead.co.uk and You will be contacted no later than 48 hours later (Mon-Fri).
Cancellation Policy and Distance Selling Regulations
Given the nature of Our service You acknowledge and agree that “Harriet Head” will start the provision of services to You only once both order details (full preliminary specs confirmed for tailored work) and payment in full (or deposit for bespoke services) is received.
In Accord with Regulation 13 of the Distance Selling Regulations, You do not have the right to cancel this contract once You have provided the relevant confirmation and payment as set out above. Any refund in whole or in part as a consequence of You not proceeding with the contract is therefore at the sole discretion of “Harriet Head”.
Whilst all reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the information contained within this site is accurate or up to date, in the unlikely event that any information is found to be inaccurate We shall have the right to refuse to meet or to cancel any orders placed for that product or service whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been made. In the event that payment has been made and Your order is cancelled, We shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the payment made.

The contents of this website are owned by or licensed to “Harriet Head”, unless stated otherwise. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. The material on this website may not be used in any way that infringes the intellectual property rights. Materials may not be reproduced, modified or redistributed with a view to profit of gain.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This website has been established in England and as such is governed under English Law at all times. In the event of a dispute, relevant parties should submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Disclaimer
The services and course content are available only for use and purchase by those resident in the UK. Purchasers must be a minimum of age 18. You are solely responsible for determining whether or not to proceed with using any of the recommendations that “Harriet Head” may provide as a result of its Services and You agree that You remain solely liable for any use of these recommendations.
Guarantee
“Harriet Head” is committed to providing You with a professional service. In the event that You are not 100% satisfied with the Services, please notify Us in writing of such fact and “Harriet Head” will continue to work on the service wherever possible to address the points You are not happy with.
