This project evolved from a makeover of a 7.0 website to a new build in 7.1 (Having been initially resistant to change I’m a total convert to the new version, I love it!)
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Alex, we clicked and understood immediately how each other ticked. The brief was to refocus on the key areas of the services Alex provides, which have evolved over time. We wanted to keep things fresh and clear, informative and understandable. Alex wanted to incorporate her new branding colours and tie in the look and feel of her social media feeds too. She’d already got some content written for her by a copywriter, so it was a case of playing with format to ensure maximum clarity and “scanability”, it that’s a word?
As with all websites, there are changes afoot planned (post Covid) at which point you’ll find a new “Events” page and branding new images. We both agreed however, it’s better to get on with things and get a site “Live” rather than having it languishing on a “to do” list.
Alex is fully able to maintain the website now, though I’m always here if she needs me for support, or simply if she’s too short of time to make any additions or changes she wants.

“My website no longer reflected what my business offered, I considered doing it myself but with a full private practice and small children at home, I knew it would never get to the top of my priority list, and if it did, it would take me a very long time to develop the skills I needed to make it a great site. So, I asked Harriet to rebuild it to showcase my new services.
Harriet had a great energy about working with my site which created a sense of safety and excitement. She was quick to action her ideas and wasn’t shy to anticipate what would work which was great for me as I’m very visual and often don’t realise what I like and don’t like, until I see it.
From start to finish, the process was hassle and fluff free – straight to the point and accommodating of calls often being in the company of a needy baby and social 4 year old.
From out of date and no time to invest, thanks to Harriet I now have a clean and fresh looking site which I can refer clients to with confidence and pride.”
