In order for me to build and effective site I need to know how you work and ensure the website works as sleekly as possible for you to ensure the best customer experience.

Full disclosure, I am not a professionally qualified “Copywriter” but I am an experienced copywriter and have drafted copy for almost all the websites I’ve built.

Branding

As with copywriting, I’m not a professionally qualified “Brand Designer”. I’ve created the branding on the majority of the sites I’ve built. If the professional isn’t an option, I’ve got you.

Basic
SEO

I provide a good solid SEO setup in terms of on page SEO, content, meta data etc. What I don’t provide is specialist SEO support in external backlinks and advanced keyword research, etc.

Let's Talk, Book A Discovery Call

This is NOT a sales call, it’s so we can find out about each other and both decide if we think we are a good working match. We’ll also establish the scope.

Proposal, Contract & Invoice

After we’ve talked I’ll submit a proposal for your consideration. You select the right options for you, select your payment terms and sign the contract.

Portal Access & Background Q's

Once the deposit is paid you’ll receive access to your personal portal, the hub of our work together and you’ll find an initial set of questions to get us started.

Strategy Sessions, Prep & Build

We’ll book an initial 1 hour Zoom to start information gathering follow up sessions to review details. Once all information completed and signed off (post call) the build will be locked into the schedule.

Review Site, Refine & Launch

You’ll preview and review the site and sign off each page once necessary changes have been made. When you’re happy the site will be switched LIVE.

Handover Training & Support

Don’t worry, once live I won’t disappear. We’ll have a handover Zoom to arrange any necessary training and discuss any ongoing support needs. We’ll find the right solution for you.
