• You are booking a 15 – 20 minute video user feedback critique of your website with relevant suggestions. This is a great opportunity for independent, honest reactions from a new visitor to your website.

• All feedback is gut reactions and thought processes as they transpire as my journey through your site unfolds, so will provide insight into a potential client’s reactions

• I will use a screen recorder with audio recording to record my visit to your website and then email it to you so you can watch my visit and hear my thoughts and suggestions.

• Generally, it’s best that I don’t know too much about your business as the website should tell me everything I need to know.

This is not a full technical site appraisal, though some will inevitably be covered.
